Job Function
The candidate will own verification of a hardware IP subsystem. The individual should be able to apply working knowledge of UVM Architecture and will develop UVM/System Verilog components and environments. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
- UVM/SystemVerilog development and be able to write verification plan, test plan, environment and test codes
- Create test-bench from scratch and able to write models associated with the environment.
- Analysis of simulation results and coverage (code and functional) using industry standard tools.
- Working with revision control and regression systems.
- Providing feedback to team members with regard to progress and status.
- Communicating and interacting with team members on a daily basis.
- Development of functional coverage and analyzing said coverage using industry standard tools. 
 
Candidate:
Must have strong unit or block level verification skills with system verilog and UVM skills
- Provide working knowledge of UVM Architecture and develop UVM/System verilog components, tests, and test bench.
- Utilize industry standard tools to analyze simulation results, coverage results, and debug fails.
- Utilize industry standard VIP to ensure design adhere to JEDEC standards.
 
Role and Responsibilities
 8+ years of experience in the following areas required:
- Unit or Block level hardware verification
- Object Oriented Programming
- OVM/UVM experience
- System Verilog coverage
- Industry standard verification tools such as simulators/waveform viewers/coverage tools/etc.
- Working knowledge of running gate level simulation
- Scripting Languages
- 2+ year experience in System Verilog Assertion (SVA)
 
Additional skills in the following area are preferred, but not required:
- DDR memory controller verification
- DDR PHY verification and any cache related activities
- Denali DDR VIP knowledge
 
Education Requirement
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
