Novus' client is currently seeking a Sr. Program Analyst to plan, schedule, track and deliver Integrated Circuit (IC) parts from Silicon On Dock (SOD) to general product availability. The analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data needed to enable successful Integrated Circuit (IC) deployment and/or New Product Introduction (NPI). Particular focus is on creating and maintaining an internal parts database to forecast and track ICs used by design, validation, product test, software, characterization, packaging, reliability engineering teams, as well as external customers, partners and vendors.

Activities include:
Own regular meetings with development personnel and the ability to extract key data for scheduling and risk reporting purposes. Monitor critical program milestones for the development team, typically consisting of resources from a variety of departments including IC design and layout, Product Test, Reliability, QA, Finance, Sourcing, Apps team, and Systems engineering. As such, the PA should be able to foster and maintain relationships across a myriad of teams. Work closely with engineers and planners, both local and offshore, to manage the detailed schedules. This will include status, indicators, schedule trends, risks, schedule optimization and mitigation recommendations. Will work closely with program managers, planners, and engineers to create and maintain highly credible build and project schedules in a very complex development environment. These schedules must comprehend all relevant risks resulting from portfolio mix, sourcing mix and dependencies. Maintain the above plans in a routine update process

The position requires 3-5 years of broad-based functional experience and proven track record in:
- Outstanding team interface skills and the ability to work under tight timelines while fostering a positive and constructive relationship with customers and matrixed team members

- Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with customers and matrixed team members
- Experience in planning/scheduling involving both Digital IC's Utilize Agile, Oracle, Sharepoint, MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint,  Visio, MS Project, and other applications.
- Understanding of disciplines such as IC and digital design, fabrication, test and verification, validation, product support, reliability,  process control, inventory control, scheduling, applications, marketing, and sales operations.
- Understanding of Semiconductor Assembly and Test (SAT) and Foundry process steps, stages and flow.
- Ability to understand key technical issues and extract information by asking appropriate questions and validating information prior  to publication High Tech and / or Semiconductor Industry experience.

MS Project Server architecture, processes, configuration, reporting, and usage.

BS in relevant engineering discipline preferred. Evidence of ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations PMP Certification is a plus.
